Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (about 500 grams)
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (about 50 grams)
1/4 cup of maple syrup (about 60 ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (about 5 ml)
A pinch of sea salt
Steps:
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
2. In a food processor, combine the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Divide the mousse between four serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
